Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF)

Supportive Services for Veterans Families is a program funded by the Department of Veteran’s Affairs that aims to improve low-income housing stability. CAPO and its member agencies and partners are available to assist homeless Veterans and Veterans at risk of homelessness to obtain housing and other stabilizing supports.

CAPO employs staff in Klamath County to serve veterans in that county, and contracts with five members of the Community Action network to provide SSVF services in 11 additional rural counties that are part of the Oregon Balance of State Continuum of Care (OR-505 CoC), otherwise known as Rural Oregon Continuum of Care (ROCC).
